Finaldi, Inc. is a full-service European collector car restoration, preservation, repair, service, sales and concierge facility located in the epicenter of the collector car world: the  Monterey, California peninsula. Collectively, our artisans and technicians have over 200 years worth of experience working on European collector cars manufactured by Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Alfa Romeo, Jaguar and other marques. Our many years spent restoring, maintaining and using these vehicles has allowed us to develop important relationships with manufacturers, specialty shops and parts suppliers where we have unique  access to original factory engineering materials, parts and supplies,  as well as technical expertise. This allows us to provide superior services to worthy vehicles in our state of the art facility. 

The company's founder, Vince  W. Finaldi, is a first-generation U.S. citizen whose father, himself a third-generation automotive technician, restorer and entrepreneur, emigrated to the U.S. from Italy in the 1960’s. Vince graduated high school in Southern California, served as an  infantryman in the U.S. Marine Corps, and was decorated and meritoriously promoted before being honorably discharged. Using the G.I. Bill,  part-time employment and savings, he financed his higher education,  graduating with a Bachelor’s degree with honors from U.C.  Berkeley. He continued on, earning a law degree from UCLA, then spending over twenty years working as a trial attorney and partner at a premier national law  firm, earning extensive accolades and substantial verdicts for his  clients.

However, as Vince grew up in the collector car world, and despite his  professional success, his significant passion for European collector cars never waned. His grandfather, father and uncles have worked in, owned and operated automotive body and mechanic shops in Italy, Illinois and the United States for over 100 years, where they repaired, imported, owned and sold important collector vehicles. During this time, Vince was immersed in the collector car market, learning all aspects of the trade including restoration, metal work, paint and body, mechanical, electrical, international acquisition and sales, and preservation. Vince is an avid European collector car restorer and collector, owning several historically significant Ferrari, Lamborghini and other European collector automobiles, as well as an extensive collection of rare parts, books and automobilia. In addition, he is a California-licensed retail automobile dealer and routinely performs legal work regarding international automobile transactions. Vince leads the team of elite craftsmen he assembled, who insure Finaldi, Inc. delivers on its promise of providing superior, timely restorations, repair, preservation and service to customers at a value that is unmatched.
